Oracle HCM Technical Business Analyst

Salary: £78,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• We require direct product experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, not alternative HR platforms.
• We need experience across core HCM modules, including Core HR, Time & Labour, Payroll and Absence.
• We require proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting technical requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM delivery.
• We need strong experience planning, facilitating and documenting requirements workshops with varied stakeholders.
• We require the ability to translate technical requirements between Oracle Fusion specialists and business stakeholders.
• We need experience defining reporting requirements across HR, payroll, absence, time and compliance.
• We require an understanding of integrations, data migration, security, workflows, testing and deployment within Oracle Fusion HCM programmes.
• We need a strong understanding of HR, payroll, absence, time and labour processes.
• We require experience producing high-quality BA documentation, including process maps, requirements catalogues, user stories, reporting specifications and UAT artefacts.
• We need experience supporting UAT, defect management, acceptance criteria and business readiness activities.
• We prefer candidates with global Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
• We prefer experience working across multi-country HR teams, local regulations and multiple legal entities.
• We highly value prior experience within education, universities or public sector organisations.
• We require the ability to work in complex, multi-entity and fast-paced delivery environments.
• Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.
• Candidates must be able to work onsite in London three days per week.

Responsibilities

• We will have you act as the primary technical BA interface between local HR teams, Oracle Fusion HCM delivery teams, implementation partners and third-party providers.
• We will have you lead technical requirements elicitation across Oracle Fusion HCM processes, configuration, reporting, integrations, data, security, workflows and dependencies.
• We will have you plan, facilitate and document requirements workshops with HR, Payroll, Technology, Oracle and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
• We will have you translate technical requirements between Oracle Fusion specialists and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, traceability and business alignment.
• We will have you develop detailed requirements documentation, process flows, reporting requirements, workshop outputs, RAID inputs, UAT artefacts and sign-off packs.
• We will have you build a clear understanding of country-specific HR, payroll, time, absence, compliance and reporting rules.
• We will have you support solution design, fit-to-standard decisions and configuration activities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• We will have you work with third-party payroll providers to understand integration, data and operational requirements.
• We will have you define and support UAT scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect triage, issue resolution and business sign-off.
• We will have you support delivery across multiple brands and countries as part of a global Oracle Fusion HCM implementation programme.

We are a global group of education partners building a team to support Phase Two of a worldwide Oracle Fusion HCM programme spanning 14 countries and 25 legal entities across multiple brands in a complex international education environment. This is a 12-month contract offering hybrid working, with three days a week onsite in London at our Greenford and/or Bow Road offices and the remainder remote. The role sits within our active implementation team and focuses on shaping, delivering and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM functionality. This is an Outside IR35 contract with rates dependent on experience and client requirements. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship and we are unable to consider fully remote working.
