• We require end-to-end Amazon Connect solution architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• We will have you lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CCaaS solutions built around Amazon Connect.
• We will have you own hands-on architecture for scalable, secure, and resilient contact centre environments.
• We will have you design contact flows, IVR, routing profiles, queues, and agent experience.
• We will have you build and support integrations using AWS Lambda, Lex Bots, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• We will have you integrate Amazon Connect solutions with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
• We will have you design and support Contact Lens, analytics, call recording, and reporting capabilities.
• We will have you contribute to security, IAM, governance, and resilience architecture.
• We will have you engage senior stakeholders and help drive technical direction across complex transformation programmes.

We are hiring an AWS Connect Solution Architect on a contract basis for 6 to 12 months in a hybrid UK working arrangement, offering a strong day rate. We are looking for someone to join us in delivering enterprise-scale cloud contact centre transformations, with a focus on modern Amazon Connect solutions.
