Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant
• Hands-on knowledge of Sales & Service modules
• Good understanding of Azure and Power Platform components
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable CE solutions
• Confident working with stakeholders in a collaborative, purpose-led environment

Responsibilities

• Leading functional design and configuration across D365 CE Sales & Service
• Running workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping end-to-end processes
• Working closely with technical teams to support integrations and solution design
• Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance capability
• Supporting continuous improvement and user adoption across the organisation
