Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, formula usage)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting
- Experience with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong communication skills to engage with staff at all levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
- Experience in performance reporting within the Housing Sector or similar customer-focused environment (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Collect and collate performance information from diverse teams
- Maintain accurate records of performance information
- Produce regular KPI reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with staff across the business to gather commentary on performance metrics and action plans
- Maintain and document KPI definitions to ensure consistency
- Utilize Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365 tools for collaboration
