Teamcenter Support, Configuration & Consultancy Remote

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• We require advanced proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, ideally within a Maritime environment.
• We require experience with Siemens NX.
• We require strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules, including Change Management, Configuration Management, Product Structure Management, Engineering Change Management, and BoM Management.
• We require experience on complex Product Lifecycle Management transformation programmes.
• We require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• We require excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• We require the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• We prefer technical knowledge of Siemens Capital.
• We prefer knowledge and experience of SAP integration.
• We prefer an industry background in complex product design and manufacturing.
• We prefer knowledge of enterprise upgrades within PLM tools.
• We require current British passport holders who hold only one passport.

Responsibilities

• We act as the subject matter expert for PLM and Teamcenter.
• We provide hands-on support, configuration, and optimisation of the Teamcenter toolset.
• We support the implementation of key Teamcenter modules, including Engineering Change Management and BoM Management.
• We work with solution architects to maintain integration with the CAD system, Siemens NX.
• We provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to client team members.
• We support the design and standardisation of PLM processes, including configuration management, change management, and part and document lifecycle control.
• We ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, such as CM2.
• We support planning and delivery of data migration in Teamcenter.
• We act as a trusted advisor to senior programme leadership and business capability owners.
• We drive consistency and efficiency across multi-discipline teams.

We are a collaborative team of IBM and client team members working together to support efficient, accurate, and compliant design processes through specialised Teamcenter PLM expertise. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder skills and offers remote working on client laptop/equipment, with onsite client office attendance typically two days per fortnight. We are looking for someone who can help us improve PLM standards, automation, integration, and overall delivery across the programme.
