Entry Level Scrum Master (W2 Only) USA Job Title: Entry Level Scrum Master Employment Type: W2 Only Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (Based on Client Requirements) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Overview We are seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals interested in starting their careers as Scrum Masters.

Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.

Responsibilities Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams.Assist in maintaining project backlogs and sprint boards.Help identify and remove project impediments.Track sprint progress and prepare status reports.Ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout project execution.Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams.Support documentation and project coordination activities.Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Office, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.Preferred Skills Agile mindset and willingness to learn.Knowledge of Scrum Framework.Basic understanding of SDLC.Time management and problem-solving skills.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Work Authorization Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
