Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• A degree in IT or a business-related subject
• At least 2 years work experience in Salesforce, ideally in a client-facing capacity
• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, negotiating, and persuasion skills
• Empathizing with customers and providing solutions that meet their needs
• Knowledge of the Salesforce product suite
• Eager to progress as a Salesforce Developer or Architect
• Salesforce Administrator certification

Responsibilities

• Support clients with their existing Salesforce implementations
• Configure Salesforce and develop best practices
• Gather requirements and build technical solutions
• Own and manage our clients support and change requests through to resolution
