Senior Technical Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex technical or platform-focused programmes.
• Confidence working across business and technical teams.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience assessing cross-programme dependencies.
• Ability to produce clear requirements documentation, process models, and impact assessments.
• Current and active MOD SC clearance is required.
• Additional vetting will be required, which may extend onboarding time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation, analysis, and definition of platform requirements across multiple business and technical domains.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Support delivery planning.
• Act as a key link between technical platform teams and the wider programme team.
• Elicit, analyse, and document requirements.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process models and impact assessments.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure requirements align with strategic objectives and programme outcomes.
