IT Support Engineer

Salary: £24,000 - 56,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an IT background with previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• We need someone who is process-oriented, effective, and able to build rapport with clients.
• We value a team player with a good sense of humour.

• We need a candidate who is confident communicating over the phone.
• Experience supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site is required.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange, is desirable.
• Experience with website hosting, WHM web servers, DNS, and IP phone systems is desirable.
• A background supporting business computer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• We set up and support small and medium business networks.
• We support PCs and servers remotely and on-site.
• We install business computer systems.
• We maintain and install Office 365.
• We support Microsoft Exchange environments.
• We set up email accounts and website hosting for Linux and Windows platforms.
• We manage WHM web servers and DNS.
• We administer IP phone systems through a web-based interface.
• We support customer applications.
