Remote Technical Account Manager

Salary: £69,000 - 109,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 3+ years of experience in a Technical Services role in software, telecommunications, customer service, call/contact centre, or service delivery.
• We require knowledge of TCP/IP networking and exposure to VoIP technology.
• We require an understanding of TCP/IP and internet fundamentals.
• We require experience with software, telecommunications, and IP telephony.
• We require demonstrated technical problem-solving ability.
• We require excellent analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with end users and customers.
• We require excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• We will work in a post-sales technical support and customer management role.
• We will help with onboarding, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
• We will work independently and alongside Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, and other teams to drive customer success.
• We will provide collaborative solutions that create a positive customer experience and ensure our product meets customer needs.
