Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary: £72,000 - 72,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Excellent SQL skills for querying, transforming and analysing data
• Experience with DAX, Power Query and data modelling
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and reporting best practice
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with multiple data sources and supporting self-service reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, the Power Platform or Dynamics 365 would be an advantage, but isnt essential

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyse complex business data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
• Develop robust data models using SQL, DAX and Power Query
• Support business forecasting, KPI reporting and performance measurement
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Improve data quality and help maintain trusted reporting across the organisation
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Present data and insights in a clear, engaging way for both technical and non-technical audiences
