Bordereaux Contractor

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements

• Extensive bordereaux and data mapping experience
• Experience working with large datasets from SQL
• Strong understanding of bordereaux reconciliation and data quality issues
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies across multiple source systems
• Experience standardising fields and formats to improve data integrity
• Ability to recommend and support process improvements

Responsibilities

• Review bordereaux received from coverholders, TPAs and internal underwriting systems
• Ensure bordereaux comply with binder and capacity provider reporting requirements
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in historical and ongoing reported data
• Understand the complexities and differences associated with the various products reported by FUL
• Reconcile bordereaux against policy administration systems, claims systems, finance and ledger data, and capacity provider reports
• Investigate discrepancies and trace issues back to source systems
• Produce reconciliation packs with clear audit trails
• Identify missing or inconsistent data
• Standardise fields and formats
• Improve data integrity ahead of migration or reporting exercises
• Recommend process improvements to reduce future errors

We are a leading MGA seeking a Bordereaux Contractor for a 3–6 month contract project basis. The role is based in the City of London with hybrid or remote working options.
