[Remote] Business Analyst II – Business Service Center (U.S.) - Fully Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to identify, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.

This role partners closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specificationsEffectively communicate business requirements to technical teams, providing detailed documentation for user review and approvalResearch reported user issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend cost‑effective, efficient system design optionsCreate system models, process flows, charts, tables, and diagrams to analyze requirements and explain desired outcomesCollaborate with technical teams to design flexible solutions that minimize hard‑coded logicDevelop manual and automated test scripts for system enhancementsManage the testing lifecycle, analyze test results, and communicate outcomes to stakeholdersProduce and maintain end‑user documentation to support system enhancements and ensure user adoptionCoordinate with developers and end users to ensure project and enhancement requirements are metAnalyze, test, and manage cross‑application projects and system enhancementsEnsure system designs align with current and future business visionOnboard new business teams to the Salesforce platform and customize Salesforce to meet evolving needsDesign and implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggersProvide Salesforce user support, including access management, user profiles, permission sets, and security configurationsBuild and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support leadership decision‑makingPartner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutionsParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, including process flows and support of new system designStrong knowledge of object modeling and the ability to convert business processes into technical solutionsIn‑depth understanding of computer systems and enterprise applicationsProficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Professional, Project Server, and AccessSalesforce experience strongly preferred Benefits MedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceShort-term disabilityAdditional voluntary benefitsEAP programCommuter benefits401K planPaid Sick LeaveHoliday pay Company Overview At LHH, we believe work should be meaningful, fulfilling, and connected.
