Head of Technical Architecture

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in setting up an architecture function
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing enterprise architects
• Deep knowledge of current cloud providers (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse governance
• Experience with technical innovation and Azure technology
• Familiarity with modern workplace technologies (Data Models, Azure, BI, COTS products)
• Architecture-related qualifications (Togaf, Archimate, Zachman) are beneficial
• Ability to prototype quickly and deliver solutions with light touch governance
• Logical approach to problem-solving and decision-making in technology
• Experience in data solutions such as data migrations, warehousing, and master data management

Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance leadership to the C-Suite
• Directly manage the architecture of our client-partners application estate
• Oversee design and architecture demand, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Collaborate with wider business stakeholders to deliver business value
• Ensure systems and data security
• Set up and foster an architecture function in the organization
• Facilitate understanding of architects role within the business
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and responsibility in solutions delivery
• Provide high-level concepts and solutions for data management
