Business Analyst & Project Manager

Salary: £48,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management across a full system implementation lifecycle
• Experience with greenfield or new implementation projects, preferably involving a Case Management system
• Strong skills in scoping, requirements gathering, and producing clear documentation for development teams
• Experience managing offshore development teams and supplier relationships
• Strong stakeholder management skills within small to mid-size organizations
• Ability to work as a sole BA/PM across the full project lifecycle in a hands-on capacity
• Background in financial services, insurance, or legal environments is highly desirable
• Experience in smaller firms, start-ups, or boutique environments where projects were owned end-to-end is encouraged

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of scoping and requirements gathering for the Case Management system implementation
• Produce clear documentation for development teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with an offshore development team
• Maintain supplier relationships during project execution
• Ensure successful delivery of the project from start to finish
• Travel to the Manchester office approximately one day per week for team meetings and project updates

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for a 12 to 18-month contract, based primarily remotely with occasional travel to our Manchester office.
