Requirements

• We have strong experience supporting servers and infrastructure for production web platforms.
• We understand Linux hosting environments well.
• We have experience with PHP-based web applications.
• We have MySQL or MariaDB administration and troubleshooting experience.
• We have experience with web servers such as Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed, or similar.
• We understand DNS, SSL, caching, redirects, and domain configuration.
• We have experience with monitoring, logs, backups, and incident investigation.
• We have WordPress and WooCommerce experience, especially from a support and performance perspective.
• We can diagnose issues independently and make safe, risk-aware changes.
• We are comfortable documenting changes, fixes, and recovery steps.
• We have custom PHP or WordPress plugin experience.
• We have experience troubleshooting WooCommerce checkout and order-flow issues.
• We have experience with cron jobs, queues, API integrations, and automation.
• We have experience with Redis, object caching, CDN, or page-cache technologies.
• We have experience with Git-based deployment workflows.
• We have security hardening experience.
• We have experience supporting revenue-generating e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• We maintain and support the hosting and server environment for a WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce platform.
• We manage PHP versions, MySQL/MariaDB, web server configuration, caching, and performance tuning.
• We support SSL certificates, DNS, redirects, domain configuration, and hosting-level issues.
• We monitor uptime, logs, server health, disk space, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• We maintain backup processes, restore plans, and disaster recovery readiness.
• We apply server, OS, package, WordPress, plugin, and security updates safely.
• We support deployments, release checks, and rollback planning.
• We investigate and resolve checkout, order-flow, and sales-impacting platform issues.
• We assist with WooCommerce, WordPress, and custom PHP issues where they affect reliability or business operations.
• We respond to incidents and help restore services quickly when problems occur.
