Salary: £38,000 - 43,000 per year

Requirements

• We require active SC Clearance, or you must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.
• We are looking for experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• We require good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and desktop support.
• We value exposure to Azure and Entra ID.
• We need strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a regulated or secure environment would be beneficial.
• We require good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• We support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• We manage user administration across Entra ID and Azure AD.
• We support Microsoft Server and Windows desktop environments.
• We carry out basic infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• We support backups, endpoint security, and system updates.
• We assist with cloud and infrastructure projects.
• We provide technical support within a secure environment.

We are offering a full-time SC Cleared M365 Engineer role with a salary of up to £43,000 plus benefits. This is a primarily remote position with occasional travel to our Hampshire office for meetings and project work.
