IT Support Analyst

Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a graduate IT Support Analyst with knowledge of corporate infrastructure and custom and standard software packages.
• We require experience or strong knowledge of Azure AVD, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Microsoft 365.
• We expect the ability to administer computers and users in Active Directory.
• We value knowledge of VOIP systems.
• We require experience using Zendesk or similar service desk software.
• We need the ability to set up and configure new user PC and laptop hardware.
• We require experience in hardware maintenance, including coordination with third-party suppliers and contractors.
• We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• We provide technical support to staff members by phone and email, and maintain detailed records of all IT requests.
• We keep users informed about the status of their tickets and manage expectations effectively.
• We ensure the delivery of an efficient service that maintains a high level of user satisfaction.
• We troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving systems, applications, and technologies through remote access or direct user support.
• We proactively manage service desk queues, handle unassigned tickets, and continuously update work information.
• We facilitate and support internal office relocations for IT equipment and complete new user configurations.
• We manage cabling and network patching.
• We handle inventory and asset management.
• We assist with application and infrastructure projects.
