Junior Change Manager M365 Purview

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a 2.1 degree or above from a top-tier university such as a Russell Group or Oxbridge institution.
• We require commercial experience in Change Management, Business Change, Project Support, PMO, or Digital Transformation.
• We require an understanding of change management principles, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
• We require excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across all levels of the business.
• We require good knowledge of Purview, Microsoft 365, digital workplace technologies, or organisational transformation.
• We require comfort working with AI and a willingness to adopt it further.
• We require strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• We require an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and adoption data.
• We require eligibility to receive SC Clearance, which means being a UK citizen and having been UK-based for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• We will expect you to help plan and deliver change activities that ensure new systems, processes, and technologies are embraced across the business.
• We will expect you to work alongside experienced Change Managers to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• We will expect you to help employees navigate change and maximise the value of new digital solutions.
• We will expect you to monitor adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
• We will expect you to contribute to the continuous improvement of change strategies and frameworks.
