Senior Product Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with a BS/MS in Business, Economics, STEM, or equivalent experience.
• We need confirmed experience in product management, owning products or platforms through the full lifecycle, preferably in the Data & AI space.
• We need strong ability to translate business needs into clear product outcomes and priorities.
• We need experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• We need excellent customer management, communication, and influencing skills.
• We expect proficiency in core product management principles to achieve business and customer goals.
• We expect the ability to manage technical and operational processes, define product requirements, and address mid-level challenges independently.
• We value collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• We own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our business priorities and customer needs.
• We translate strategic goals into clearly prioritized product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
• We balance short-term delivery with long-term product sustainability and value creation.
• We operate across a complex, multi-platform product landscape while balancing customer, commercial, regulatory, and technology constraints.
• We serve as the primary product point of contact for business collaborators, technology teams, and delivery partners.
• We build trusted relationships and influence decision-making through clear communication, data-driven insights, and constructive challenge.
• We navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to align partners and drive progress.
• We understand and empathize with customer needs to reinvent and innovate product solutions.
• We integrate customer and partner feedback loops to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
• We coach team members and drive cross-discipline problem solving to achieve business outcomes.
• We use lean, iterative experiments and low-fidelity prototyping to validate hypotheses before scaling.
• We collaborate with partners to define end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable technology solutions.
• We engage with partners on data management, including how data is processed, stored, accessed, and protected.
• We assess opportunities to reuse enterprise solutions and build new platforms with enterprise scalability in mind.
• We stay curious about emerging tools and technologies.
• We partner with team members on new working practices to drive collaboration and efficiency.
• We influence and create alignment across senior executives and partners to secure resources and remove impediments to product delivery.
• We manage day-to-day accountability and performance to achieve product success.
