Senior Product Manager

Salary: £55,000 - 62,000 per year

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management (digital or SaaS products)
• Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a low-process, fast-moving environment where you bring structure and clarity
• User-focused mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving ability
• Experience contributing to product planning, prioritisation, and delivery
• Interest in education and improving learning outcomes for children
• Nice to have: Experience in EdTech or game-based products
• Nice to have: Experience in a start-up or similar environment
• Nice to have: Exposure to user research, usability testing, or data-informed decision making
• Nice to have: Experience supporting, mentoring, or collaborating closely within small product teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to release
• Translate product ideas and user needs into clear, well-scoped requirements and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, engaging product experiences
• Take ownership of timelines, scope, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Run product rituals (kick-offs, planning, retrospectives, testing, refinement sessions)
• Work directly with users (teachers, students, parents) to gather insights and identify opportunities
• Support roadmap planning and prioritisation alongside senior leadership
• Help coordinate feature launches and internal communication across teams
• Maintain clear product documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Continuously improve team processes in a low-process, pragmatic environment
