Experienced Agile transformation lead. 10+ years Agile Coach at Enterprise level experience. 5+years of enterprise coaching experience. 3+ years as Agile trainer Mentor running SAFe sessions. 5+ years of people management. Certified Scrum Master in SAFe, CSM, CSPO/PSPO/POPM.

Knowledge of different Agile techniques Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, SRE, different Priortisation techniques. Knowledge of different change management techniques ADKAR, KOTTER's, Mckinsey 7-S etc. Experience and Coaching using HSD, Clean Language, Spiral Dynamics, Systemic.

Experience in APM Tools like Jira, Jira Align, Rally, Confluence etc. Experience On facilitation tools like Miro, Mural etc. Experience coaching in distributed Agile delivery environments and facilitate remote workshops.

Certification from ICAgile, PMI, ScrumAlliance, CAL, ICF etc
