Test Analyst - Live Poker

Salary: £70,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience testing live poker specifically; general live casino or wider iGaming experience is not sufficient on its own
• Strong experience testing mobile apps, ideally across both iOS and Android, including HTML5 and JavaScript-based mobile web
• Awareness of agile and scrum ways of working
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar test management tools is a plus
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Strong understanding of live poker, including the rules, gameplay, and mechanics

Responsibilities

• Test the live poker product end to end, making sure gameplay at the table is mirrored correctly in the app
• Identify usability issues as well as straightforward defects, and feed findings back clearly to developers and product teams
• Design test scenarios and test cases from business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, covering new and existing functionality
• Configure and maintain test environments, execute agreed test suites, and report results and progress accurately throughout
• Perform quality checks on digital graphics, animations, and interactive elements
• Verify bugs once fixes are committed, and provide sign-off or remedial recommendations
• Use automation or AI-assisted tools where they help speed up the QA process
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams, advocating for quality on behalf of the player

We are offering a fully remote contract opportunity as a Test Analyst on our live poker product, with a day rate outside IR35 and a duration until the end of the year, with a strong chance of extension. You will join a well-established name in the online gaming space, working on live tables, real dealers, and real-time gameplay.
