Salary: £24,000 - 27,600 per year

• Knowledge of Automation & IaC: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD & DevOps Tooling: Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Jenkins.
• Understanding of Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Azure Monitor.
• Networking & Security skills: Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Zero Trust, Identity & Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support IT operations solutions and services, both physical and virtual.
• Follow industry and organisational best practices, standards, service requirements, and KPIs throughout the product life cycle.
• Create and maintain relevant documentation.
• Perform all routine tasks according to established processes and checklists.
• Monitor infrastructure and application services.
• Alert and take appropriate action as necessary.
