AI Architect

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience across some or all of the following: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants and AI agents.
• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise search and knowledge management solutions.
• Experience in solution, platform or enterprise architecture.
• Experience in data architecture, integration, APIs and governance.
• Experience in security, compliance, risk management and secure-by-design principles.
• Experience in automation, orchestration and modern engineering practices.
• Customer-facing architecture, consultancy or pre-sales experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Must be eligible for SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, architecture and governance frameworks.
• Design secure, scalable and commercially viable AI solutions.
• Develop AI-enabled products, services and automation capabilities.
• Create reusable architectures, implementation guides and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and process automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout discovery, solution design and delivery.
• Support bids, proposals, workshops and customer engagements.
• Ensure AI initiatives meet security, compliance and governance requirements.

This is a permanent remote role with a salary of £90,000-95,000 depending on experience, where we are investing further in our cloud and digital services portfolio and seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to help embed AI capabilities across our existing cloud services and develop innovative AI-enabled offerings for customers.
