Product Manager ECommerce

Salary: £65,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with strong experience as a Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, or Digital Product Lead.
• We require proven agency experience.
• We need a strong ecommerce background across modern digital commerce environments.
• We want experience leading discovery sessions, capability mapping, and customer journey workshops.
• We need someone who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and leading complex conversations.
• We require a strong understanding of Agile product delivery and cross-functional team collaboration.
• We need the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
• We want experience working closely with developers, architects, and UX/design teams.
• We require a commercial mindset with the ability to align product decisions to business value.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or composable/headless commerce environments is highly desirable.
• Must be UK based and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• We lead product discovery, visioning, and strategic workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• We define product roadmaps, capabilities, MVPs, and future-state customer journeys.
• We translate business goals into clear product direction and prioritised delivery plans.
• We work closely with technical leads, architects, and engineering teams to shape scalable solutions.
• We own and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• We facilitate stakeholder alignment across commercial, operational, UX, and technology teams.
• We support ecommerce transformation, replatforming, and optimisation initiatives.
• We drive Agile delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• We act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the product lifecycle.
• We balance customer experience, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility.
