Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 3+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support environment. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD, along with a solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. A good grasp of networking fundamentals such as VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, along with a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as required. Desirable skills include experience with RMM and PSA tools, an understanding of Cyber Essentials and IT security best practices, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will deliver 2nd line remote and on-site support for our client systems and users. You will act as an escalation point for the 1st Line team, resolving complex issues. Supporting infrastructure projects, migrations, and deployments will also be part of your role. You will troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking, and you'll liaise with senior engineers and vendors when needed. Maintaining documentation and communicating clearly with clients is essential, and we encourage you to contribute to service and process improvements.
