Salary: £84,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong background in Test-Driven Development practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and executing automated tests
• Experience establishing test strategies from scratch
• Demonstrated ability to coach experienced engineers
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• C / C++ / MatLab / Similink (advantageous)
• Jetson Orin NX / Linux (advantageous)
• Hardware-software integration (advantageous)
• Simulation or real-time embedded systems (advantageous)
• Safety-critical or high-reliability systems experience (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent, embedding Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into our team of engineers
• Shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles while maintaining clear organisational separation between development and testing
• Act as a hands-on test practitioner, personally designing, implementing, and executing project tests
• Provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements
