Senior Project Manager - EPR/OCRR Software

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience of delivering enterprise clinical / healthcare software solutions into the NHS from a vendor side perspective (1-3 years, £1-2M+ budgets, multiple trusts, mixed supplier/partner landscape, complex)
• Experience of delivering clinical / healthcare applications such as EPR/OCRR software
• Qualified to Prince2 Practitioner level
• Matrix people leadership both internally and externally
• Project control, planning and documentation
• Financial management (vendor side experience of milestone completion, billing and change control)
• Risk management and governance
• Exceptional client, stakeholder and contractual management skills
• Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
• Comfortable with fully remote role and some onsite client time as required

• Project management of enterprise clinical/healthcare patient records and results reporting software into the NHS
• Leading, monitoring, and managing multiple projects
• Ensuring all project management activities from end to end are executed
• Managing risks, resources, and changes
• Financial control and executive stakeholder management
• Managing solution teams and matrix teams/resource management across delivery, development, and third-party vendor teams
• Preparing project documentation and status reports
• Hosting internal and external project meetings
• Motivating and leading the team
• Overseeing contractual acceptance
