Requirements
- We are seeking an experienced, customer-centric Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant.
- We require 10 years of Oracle Reporting experience.
- We require 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics experience.
- We require extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion reporting solutions within production and Managed Services environments.
- We require advanced expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- We require a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance (ERP), HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
- We require deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models, table structures, subject areas, and data dictionaries.
- We require advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- We require a strong understanding of data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting architecture.
- We require experience designing scalable, supportable, and high-performance reporting solutions.
- We require the ability to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions.
- We require eligibility for CTC Clearance and UK residency for the past 3 years.
- Desirable experience includes Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OBIEE/OBIA, and Smart View.
- Desirable understanding of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controls.
- Desirable exposure to statutory, financial, payroll, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Desirable Oracle Fusion Reporting, HCM, Analytics, or Cloud certifications.
- Desirable experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public sector Oracle Cloud customers.
- Desirable interest in emerging analytics technologies, AI-driven reporting, and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities
- We provide expert Level 3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions.
- We design, develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader.
- We develop scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions that support critical business operations and decision-making.
- We lead the design and implementation of reporting strategies focused on data accuracy, reconciliation, performance optimisation, business value, security, governance, and compliance.
- We support reporting and analytics requirements across Oracle ERP, HCM, Procurement, and SCM.
- We analyse business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
- We stay informed of Oracle Cloud reporting enhancements and recommend innovative approaches to improve customer outcomes.
- We serve as the primary reporting subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Managed Services customers.
- We develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and customer leadership teams.
- We foster effective communication through regular service reviews, status updates, and planning discussions.
- We provide strategic guidance on reporting roadmaps, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- We identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting activities, and enhance analytics capabilities.
- We work collaboratively with customers to understand evolving business needs and deliver solutions that support long-term success.
- We manage reporting-related incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices and service level commitments.
- We support critical reporting cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, year-end, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- We maintain comprehensive documentation, including report specifications, test plans and results, data definitions and mappings, security and access models, and governance and operational procedures.
- We support customer transitions into Managed Services following Oracle Fusion implementations, support model changes, or vendor transitions.
- We contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- We provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultants across multiple customer engagements.
- We act as a technical authority for reporting and analytics solutions, promoting best practices and high-quality delivery standards.
- We support recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and coaching of reporting consultants.
- We conduct technical reviews and ensure solutions adhere to governance, quality, and security standards.
- We assist with workload planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, and capacity management across customer portfolios.
- We foster a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous learning culture that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- We act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- We lead continuous improvement initiatives, capability development, and service innovation across the Oracle Managed Services practice.
- We collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Practice Leadership to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
