Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern React / TypeScript applications
• Background working within ecommerce or digital retail environments
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture and performance
• Experience leading projects or mentoring developers
• Comfortable working with backend teams in C# / .NET environments
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to the wider business

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development strategy for the ecommerce platform
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications
• Collaborate with product, UX and backend teams to deliver new features
• Mentor and support developers within the engineering team
• Ensure best practice across performance, accessibility and maintainability
• Contribute to technical decision-making and platform direction
• Balance technical excellence with commercial and customer outcomes
