Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Pragmatic approach to working, prioritizing iteration and delivering value to customers over process and deliberation
• Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including experience working directly with customers
• Passion for learning and continual improvement, comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React (great to have)
• Expertise with an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular) (great to have)
• Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles (great to have)
• Experience working in an agile development team, comfortable with delivering incremental features and reacting to user needs (great to have)

Responsibilities

• Enhance and expand our platform, collaborating with the development team to design and build new features end-to-end
• Share expertise and learn from a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth
• Engage directly with users to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and shape impactful features
• Play a key role in shaping development best practices and driving technical excellence
• Influence the future of our product and roadmap by directly communicating with customers and partners
