Requirements
- Strong experience in the insurance sector, particularly in claims
- Proven ability to operate in regulated environments
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with insurance claims platform expertise
- Confident in eliciting and documenting requirements
- Skilled in facilitating workshops
- Capable of supporting delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, from concept to testing and implementation
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of analysis activities across the claims transformation programme
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Define and deliver automation-led solutions
- Understand current claims processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Design future-state solutions that enhance control, compliance, and customer outcomes
- Integrate claims automation tools with core systems, including policy administration, payments, and customer platforms
