[Remote] Agile Practice Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Agile Practice Lead to establish, standardize, and continuously improve agile ways of working across its IT organization.

The role will define enterprise agile standards, drive adoption across IT domains, govern Jira practices, coach teams and leaders, and connect agile execution with portfolio reporting and delivery risk management.

Responsibilities Assess current agile practices across IT and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvementDesign and implement an enterprise sprint framework, including sprint structure, ceremonies, backlog standards, definitions of done, and escalation practicesDevelop and maintain BAYADA’s Agile Practice Playbook and Jira standards, including workflows, board structures, templates, naming conventions, and reporting requirementsPartner with the Jira Administrator to ensure Jira reflects established process and governance standardsLead agile adoption across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data/analytics, digital products, and enterprise platformsCoach IT leaders and teams on agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, capacity planning, retrospectives, and impediment managementEstablish and facilitate an Agile Community of Practice and develop internal agile champions across ITMonitor agile maturity, identify adoption challenges, and recommend improvements to IT leadershipConnect team-level agile execution with portfolio reporting, governance, investment tracking, and delivery risk managementServe as BAYADA’s internal subject matter expert and authority on agile methodology and best practices Skills 8+ years of agile delivery experience, including 4+ years in an enterprise agile coaching, practice leadership, or transformation roleExperience implementing agile frameworks across multiple teams and work types, including software, infrastructure, operations, and shared servicesStrong Jira expertise, particularly in workflows, boards, project structures, templates, and reporting requirementsExperience driving organizational change and adoption in environments with inconsistent or developing agile practicesExperience in a regulated industry; healthcare or financial services experience strongly preferredExcellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to effectively engage individual contributors through IT directors and CIO-level leadershipStrong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear playbooks, standards, and executive materialsAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishRole is remote but must be willing to work 8:30am - 5pm Eastern time• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or comparable certification• Experience transitioning PMO or governance functions toward agile portfolio management• Experience in home health, post-acute care, or other distributed care delivery environments Benefits Role is remote, with required availability from 8:30am - 5pm Eastern time.Bonus OpportunityPaid holidaysVacation and sick leaveVision, dental and medical health plansEmployer paid life insurance401k with company matchDirect depositEmployee assistance program Company Overview BAYADA Home Health Care, one of the largest home health providers with over 325 locations in the U.S. and operations in Germany, India, Irel It was founded in 1975, and is headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
