Remote UX/UI Designer, Gamified Learning Platforms

Our client is a rapidly growing EdTech company looking for a talented and creative Remote UX/UI Designer to revolutionize their gamified learning platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the learning experience for users of all ages.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for digital products, with a particular emphasis on educational or gamified applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to bring innovative learning solutions to life. Key Responsibilities: Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide for the platform. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and feature roadmaps. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Design visually compelling graphics, icons, and other UI assets.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the EdTech and gamification space. Contribute to a remote-first collaborative team environment. Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.

Proven experience designing for web and mobile applications, preferably in the EdTech or gaming industry. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with gamification principles and their application in learning environments.
