Salary: £28,000 - 49,000 per year

• Power BI experience is useful but not essential.
• Exposure to Databricks or a cloud data platform is useful but not essential.
• Experience in FinTech, retail, customer insight, client analytics, or a people-facing business is useful but not essential.
• Experimentation with AI tools is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• We write SQL queries to analyse data, investigate issues, and support reporting.
• We use Python for analysis, exploration, automation, and problem-solving.
• We deliver reports, dashboards, and decision-ready outputs.
• We check data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• We investigate changes, anomalies, and inconsistencies in key metrics.
• We support Power BI reporting and self-serve analytics.
• We ask clear questions, clarify requirements, and communicate findings properly.

We are recruiting a Junior BI Analyst to join our Data team in Central London. This is a career with scope, and we are looking for someone who can confidently work with SQL and Python while explaining their work clearly. We support reporting and dashboards, improve data quality, analyse metrics, deliver client insights, and help build modern BI capability. The role is Monday to Friday, onsite 5 days per week, with a typical post-probation working pattern of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
