IT Support Engineer

Salary: £34,000 - 69,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with networking and operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for users across multiple sites
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Maintain and update documentation related to IT processes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support international locations remotely as needed
