[Hiring] Quality Assurance Engineer @Remote Office

Role Description This is a remote position. Manually test productivity desktop apps built on .NET for MacOS. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our agentic AI desktop product works flawlessly on MacOS.

Qualifications 3+ years manual functional testing of desktop applications Access to MacOS machines (verification on both Intel and Apple Silicon (ARM) Macs) Hands-on testing experience on MacOS Test plan authoring: derive new test cases from product specs, UI walkthroughs, or hands-on exploration Produce structured CSV/spreadsheet formats with clear test descriptions, steps, expected outcomes, and pass/fail criteria Refine AI-drafted test plans Clear bug write-ups: precise reproduction steps, severity classification, screenshots, and log capture Comfort with complex UI patterns: multi-window interfaces, drag-and-drop, modal dialogs, menu bar behavior, and installer flows Platform-specific knowledge: MacOS .app bundles, Info.plist file associations, native title-bar behavior MS365 / Outlook familiarity Strong written English; proficiency with Microsoft Teams and GitLab for collaboration and issue tracking Requirements Microsoft Entra / OAuth sign-in flow testing (Nice to Have) AI / LLM chat product testing (Nice to Have) Installer validation (.app / .dmg on MacOS) (Nice to Have) Benefits Test accounts, sample data, and direct access to the dev team for clarifications A small, product-driven team where your work directly impacts the product Remote flexibility with a team based worldwide
