Requirements

• 8 years in software development & management
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean/Kanban environments
• Degree in Computer Science or related
• Eligible to work in the UK permanently

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Oversee analysis and design, development, testing, and production support
• Read and understand code to guide technical decisions
• Mentor teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performance software
• Collaborate with Product Architects, leadership, and delivery teams to set technical direction
• Manage dependencies and prioritize efforts to align work with business outcomes
