Remote QA Engineer Platform Engineering

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We need proven experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably within defence or government sectors.
• We need strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• We need familiarity with MOD policies and standards, including security and compliance requirements.
• We need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• We need the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• We need strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or ISO 9001:2015 are a plus.
• We need candidates to currently hold SC Clearance for an immediate start.

We are hiring for a QA Engineer/Analyst (Platform Engineering) SC Cleared role on a 12-month contract, working remotely with occasional travel. This is an inside IR35 position with a rate of £550 to £650 per day. You will join our clients Platform team supporting critical national defence operations, with an immediate start required due to project timescales and organisation needs.
