Servicing our prestigious clients, you'll work in a creative and dynamic environment that offers tremendous opportunities for growth. *As a User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer), your key responsibilities will include:Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiencesDesign user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insightsProduce high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design toolsBuild interactive prototypes to demonstrate behavior, transitions, and workflowsParticipate in design critique, usability testing, and iterative refinement cyclesContribute to inclusive design practices and accessibility (WCAG) compliance*To be considered for the role, you must have:3+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web or digital product teams Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from wireframes to delivered experiencesProficiency in*Figma** , *Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)** , or equivalent design/prototyping tools Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.Working knowledge of any animation tools is a plus.Strong visual design skills, typography, and attention to detail.Understanding of*WCAG accessibility guidelines** and responsive design principles Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries) is a plusAbility to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Additional Keywords: UI Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, Visual Designer, Interaction Designer, Web Designer, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, Accessibility, Responsive Design, Human-Centered Design, Design Systems, Web Accessibility, DXP, Personalization, Remote UX Jobs
