Oracle and PostgreSQL databases experience
Database management, performance tuning, backup and recovery, upgrade, patch management experience
Problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail

Relevant certifications are a plus, such as Oracle Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator

Responsibilities

Design, implement, manage and maintain database systems to ensure they operate efficiently, securely and reliably
Carry out database management, performance tuning, backup and recovery, upgrades, patch management and troubleshooting
