SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• We require at least 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in functional and/or technical consulting roles.
• We require expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• We require certification in two or more additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• We require strong understanding of modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Time, Performance and Goals, and Compensation.
• We require strong experience in customer support and Managed Services environments.
• We require good understanding of SAP integration tools and methods, including Dell Boomi, HCI, and PO.
• We require strong communication skills to guide both technical and non-technical HR users.
• We require strong cross-functional integration knowledge across SAP functional areas.
• We require excellent documentation skills, including functional specifications and testing documentation.
• We require a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• We require the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote consulting team.
• We require experience supporting SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and ongoing optimisation activities.
• We require experience with data migration, user support, and end-user training.
• We require the ability to learn and adopt new SAP technologies quickly.
• We require experience managing multiple priorities while following change management processes.
• Knowledge of Higher Education processes such as HESA and Multiple Employments is beneficial.
• We require experience across end-to-end change management, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• We require eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
• We require preparedness to undergo high-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• We provide high-level advisory and consultative support across our SuccessFactors customer base.
• We analyse, configure, and implement appropriate SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• We manage and support SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and new functionality.
• We work collaboratively with functional and technical consultants across customer environments.
• We act as strong communicators, keeping customers and management informed on progress and outcomes.
• We resolve complex customer issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to agreed SLAs.
• We support contracted customers through established Managed Services processes and service management systems.
• We contribute to project-related activities including data migration, user support, and end-user training.
• We produce clear documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• We help customers maximise value from their SuccessFactors landscape.
• We deliver best practice HCM solutions and exceptional support services.
• We collaborate with internal teams, project delivery specialists, and customers to provide long-term support and innovation.
