Requirements

• We are looking for a proven recruiter with a track record of billings in a specialist or technical market.
• We ideally want direct experience recruiting ERP professionals or closely related technology talent.
• We require fluency in German at C1 level or above so we can communicate with clients and candidates in Germany daily.
• We need demonstrable experience recruiting ERP professionals across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• We want a strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle and the types of professionals involved.
• We need a proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships from scratch.
• We value a resilient, self-motivated approach and the hunger to build and own a desk.

Responsibilities

• We will place experienced ERP professionals, including project managers, functional consultants, solution architects, developers, and business analysts, into businesses across Germany.
• We will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to offer management.
• We will identify and win new clients through proactive business development.
• We will manage and grow existing client accounts.
• We will source, screen, and engage ERP professionals across major platforms and systems.
• We will advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and salary benchmarking.
• We will represent our agency at industry events and networking opportunities where relevant.
