Requirements
- Experience supporting vendor requirements, forecasting, and stakeholder communication within a network, IT, or service management environment.
- Ability to gather and analyse requirements from technical teams, including architecture, engineering, and operations.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and affiliates to support planning, budgeting, and service delivery.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills, including managing trackers, risks, milestones, and readiness reports.
- Familiarity with service and supplier management activities such as KPI tracking, renewals, inventory, capacity, and optimisation.
- Knowledge of controls and processes in a regulated industry is desirable.
- Experience with SLAs and OLAs is useful.
- Financial accountancy or deep technical experience is not required, though it would be beneficial.
- Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Support our Global Network functions by enabling a high-quality service to end users.
- Capture run and project costs for the network and help create financial plans for our newly integrated global service and systems.
- Work with our vendor manager to gather requirements from technical teams, analyse needs, and communicate with business units on forecasting and payments for technical solutions.
- Support our cost-saving objectives by identifying standardisation and contract consolidation opportunities across affiliates.
- Coordinate emerging requirements for new products and services.
- Evaluate requirements with the vendor manager and communicate with affiliates.
- Support projects and network operations to right-size purchases and collect details for project and operational requirements.
- Maintain relevant controls and processes where required in a regulated industry.
- Update vendor KPIs and use feedback to improve vendor and supplier services.
- Manage onboarding readiness for 28 affiliates using trackers, risk logs, milestones, and readiness reports.
- Support network service managers with license inventory, usage, capacity, transfers, and optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain communication for product renewals and prepare information packs for internal customers.
- Create basic SLAs and OLAs with internal teams.
- Support the networking transformation programme by managing internal vendor-commercial operations for existing and new MR companies.

We are offering an 18-month contract for an IT Service Manager role with 90% remote working and 2 to 3 days per month on site in London or Manchester.
