Cyber Security Contracts Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We are seeking proven experience in CAF, cyber resilience, assurance, or compliance-driven contracting environments.
• We need strong experience reviewing, updating, and negotiating supplier contracts.
• We need the ability to work in complex, multi-site operational environments.

• We would ideally like experience in regulated or operationally critical environments such as energy, utilities, water, rail, MoD, or similar sectors.
• We would ideally like experience working on contract remediation or compliance uplift programmes.
• We would ideally like direct experience delivering into a security framework such as CAF, 62443, or NIST.
• We would ideally like direct experience delivering service contracts for data centres.
• We would ideally like candidates who can show relevant evidence in their CV.

Responsibilities

• We will have you review and assess existing service supplier contracts across four operational sites.
• We will have you identify contractual gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities related to CAF Enhanced Profile compliance.
• We will have you work with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, cyber/security, legal, and commercial teams to validate service requirements and compliance needs.
• We will have you update and negotiate contract terms, service schedules, KPIs, and obligations to ensure appropriate maintenance, support, and assurance coverage.
• We will have you engage and negotiate with service suppliers to agree revised contractual positions.
• We will have you ensure contractual outputs are practical, measurable, and aligned with operational maintenance realities.
• We will have you develop and implement a consistent contractual approach across sites while accommodating site-specific requirements.
• We will have you maintain clear documentation, contract registers, and audit trails to support compliance assurance.
• We will have you provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to project or commercial leads.
• We will have you support the development of our processes, policies, and contract documents relating to CAF and NIS regulations.
• We will have you update and enhance service supplier contracts across four operational sites within the energy sector.

We are a utilities organisation operating in a heavily regulated environment, and we work with multiple suppliers across four operational sites supporting four to five operational systems at each site. This is a remote working assignment with very rare travel to Warwick, offered on a 6-month contract at £800 per day. We are looking for someone who can help us strengthen our supplier contracts and compliance position against the Cyber Assessment Framework and Network and Information Regulations, ensuring our contractual arrangements are robust, practical, and aligned with CAF Enhanced Profile compliance. We value a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and welcome candidates who lean more towards CAF/NIS policy work with some contract experience, or contract management professionals with cyber-focused supplier agreement experience. We also use generative AI tools to support our candidate screening process, but all final decisions are made by our hiring team.
