Remote System Administrator

Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote System Administrator will provide advanced operational support for enterprise Virtual Desktop Services, monitor system performance, and resolve complex incidents while working remotely within the United States during Eastern Time hours.

Key responsibilities Provide advanced operational support for enterprise Virtual Desktop Services Monitor system health, availability, performance, and capacity Investigate and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Five or more years supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure or virtual desktop environments Experience administering enterprise virtual desktop technologies Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal security clearance
