Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience supporting and consulting on Infor M3
• Experience within manufacturing and/or distribution businesses
• Knowledge of Infor ION
• Knowledge of APIs
• Knowledge of Mashups / H5
• Knowledge of JavaScript / JScript
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI)
• Experience supporting ERP integrations
• Excellent troubleshooting and ERP support skills
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with a global team

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of our Infor M3 environment
• Support global users across manufacturing and distribution
• Provide ERP support, troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Develop and enhance M3 functionality
• Build and support integrations using ION, APIs and Mashups
• Support upgrades, including the move from single-tenant to multi-tenant
• Maintain reports
• Work with external partners to deliver projects and improvements
• Ensure system stability, performance and technical standards

We are a global manufacturing company and part of a major international engineering group. We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Technical Lead to join our global ERP team and support around 450 Infor M3 users across 9 international sites. You will work alongside two highly experienced M3 specialists in a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to our Surrey office and other business locations when required.
