Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five developers to maintain and improve internal software systems
• Oversee the design and contribution to programming tasks
• Understand business needs and liaise with users for well-defined enhancements
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Support developers in using a variety of technologies
• Report to the Head of Systems, DB & API
• Build key relationships with heads of Accounts, Global Operations, Support, as well as Sales Director and Sales Managers
