Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

• We lead solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making.
• We collaborate with Product teams to shape requirements and delivery plans.
• We build and deploy production software in a fast-paced environment.
• We drive engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
• We support systems in production and improve platform performance.
• We act as a senior technical leader within an AI-enabled engineering environment.
• We work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to design, build, and scale modern software solutions used by thousands of customers.
• We mentor developers and help lead the delivery of high-quality software across a modern cloud-based platform.

This is a remote-first, hybrid role for UK-based candidates only, with around 4 to 6 office visits per year.
